Your role will blend leadership, outreach, and community-building efforts. As the Young Adult Pastor, you will guide the youth group while developing a dedicated ministry for young adults aged 18-29. We value authenticity, a passion for youth, and a desire to engage non-Christian young people. Your leadership will cultivate a thriving community focused on shared faith experiences and spiritual outreach. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and vision for youth and young adults
- Recruit, mentor, and empower ministry leaders
- Plan and implement engaging outreach events
- Foster open communication with parents and community members
- Manage the annual ministry budget and prepare calendar Requirements:
- Minimum of one year in pastoral leadership with youth
- Robust faith and relational communication skills
