Support youth in a secure setting at Marymound as a Youth Care Nurse. This role enhances the lives of young people through dedicated assessments and tailored care plans. We are looking for a passionate nurse to work with youth facing challenges in a short-term stabilization unit.

Successful candidates must be licensed in Manitoba and capable of developing effective treatment strategies in coordination with families and team members. Your contributions will ensure a protected and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage admissions and discharges of youth in the unit
- Carry out mental and physical health assessments
- Collaborate to create and manage treatment plans
- Provide medical care as directed by physicians
- Educate families on health promotion regarding addiction Requirements:
- RN/BN/RPN license with addictions experience preferred
- Excellent physical and mental well-being
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts
