Become a leader in youth empowerment as the Youth Program Manager at the YWCA's Youth Education & Violence Prevention Hub. This full-time role focuses on developing trauma-informed services tailored to diverse youth needs. In this impactful role, you'll guide the YEVP Hub's operations, ensuring high-quality programming and strong community partnerships.
You'll work alongside the Associate Director to shape program outcomes, monitor progress, and elevate the voices of multi-barriered youth in a nurturing setting aimed at violence prevention. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations for education and leadership streams
- Lead program design, implementation, and evaluation
- Ensure programs meet funder quality standards
- Supervise and develop front-line staff
- Manage program budgets and documentation processes Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years managing youth programs
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices
- Proven supervisory experience with diverse teams
- Expertise in youth-centered violence prevention initiatives Drive positive community change through effective youth programming at the YWCA.
