Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a YouTube Boost Service Specialist supporting Helen Dillard’s clients. The role involves analyzing YouTube channels and videos, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve visibility, audience growth, and watch time.

Responsibilities include coordinating video production and editing workflows, advising on thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags, and aligning content with current trends and algorithm updates. The specialist will communicate regularly with clients, provide performance reports,



and adjust promotion strategies to help them reach monetization thresholds. Daily tasks also include researching competitor channels, suggesting content improvements, and maintaining a consistent, professional client experience.
