Job Title: Director of Business Development
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid/On-Site GTA East)

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 CAD base salary + competitive performance bonuses

We are seeking an aggressive, strategic, and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives across the Ontario market. In this role, you will be the key architect behind expanding our market share and forging enterprise-level partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and sector penetration.

Partnership Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and formalize high-impact corporate and provincial partnerships and strategic acquisition addons.

Market Intelligence: Monitor referral pipelines, market trends, and competitor activity using CRM tools to optimize sales strategies.

C-Level Engagement: Prepare executive pitch decks and lead high-level negotiations with key enterprise stakeholders.





Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate sales leadership (preferably in the B2B, tech, or qualified services sectors).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Strong capability in complex contract structuring, data-driven forecasting, and capital markets or corporate transaction support.

Capabilities: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel provincially as required.
Network: An existing senior external market intelligence network across Ontario is a significant asset.
