Cleveland-Cliffs is hiring a Tooling Engineer for our New Model Team in Windsor, ON. This role focuses on tooling support and program management within the manufacturing sector.

As a Tooling Engineer, you will engage in sourcing and tracking tooling and weld fixtures, ensure timely order placements, and support current product launches through effective coordination. Your ability to work in a challenging environment and mentor less experienced engineers will be vital.

Participate actively in design reviews and APQP meetings to drive success in model development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support new product launches effectively
- Sourcing and managing tooling packages

Requirements:

- Strong program management background
- Experience in stamping and welding processes
- Preferred Tool and Die certification
