We're looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive nanny to become an key part of our family's daily life. This role goes beyond traditional childcare. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping children thrive while also supporting the smooth running of our home.

We have a wonderful young son with autism who is bright, curious, and benefits from someone who is patient, calm, and engaging. Experience working with children with autism, developmental differences, or additional support needs is highly valued.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing attentive, nurturing care for our son.
- Planning engaging activities
- Supporting routines and using strategies that promote emotional regulation and independence
- Assisting with light housekeeping related to the family (tidying, laundry, dishes, organizing toys, etc.)
- Meal preparation for our son and occasional family meal prep.
- Occasional evening, overnight, and weekend care as needed.
- Willingness to travel with our family for vacations or work trips on occasion.

Ideal Candidate:





- Experience caring for children with autism or other developmental differences.
- Patient, calm, dependable, and emotionally mature.
- Takes initiative and enjoys keeping a household running smoothly.
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable following routines while also adapting to changing needs.
- CPR and First. Aid Certification

Assets (Not Required)

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle .
- Experience with ABA, speech therapy strategies, occupational therapy, or other neurodiversity affirming approaches.
