Richelieu Architectural Specialties is currently seeking a full time Warehouse Team Member for our Calgary Stonehill branch.

Responsibilities

- Prepare orders by picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling items.
- Wrapping and loading pallets.
- Maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Unload delivery trucks, trailers, and shipping containers using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Compare delivered packages against shipment manifests, bills of lading (BOL), or purchase orders (POs) to verify correct quantities and item numbers.
- Report damages, discrepancies, short shipments,



or overages immediately to the inventory department.
- Sign delivery receipts or freight bills, noting any damaged or missing goods on the driver's paperwork.
- Transport verified goods from the receiving dock to designated storage locations, aisles, or department holding areas.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of receiving logs, packing slips, and BOLs

Requirements

- Previous experience appreciated, but not mandatory; we're willing to train.
- Able to work on feet all day and lift 50lbs or more.
- Enjoys working in a high accuracy, fast-paced environment.
- 18 years of age or older and can work with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
