We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Inventory & Replenishment Associate to support the inventory and replenishment needs of our Brampton store while working primarily from our Richmond Hill Distribution Centre.

Position Summary

The Inventory & Replenishment Associate is responsible for ensuring product is accurately picked, received, organized, replenished, and prepared to support store operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing overstock inventory, supporting merchandise transfers and consolidations, and ensuring efficient product flow between the Richmond Hill Distribution Centre and the Brampton store.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick products accurately from store replenishment and restock lists

Walk throughout the distribution centre to locate and retrieve merchandise

Organize and arrange inventory within designated warehouse locations

Receive and process overstock merchandise from stores and warehouse operations

Organize, label,



and maintain overstock inventory to ensure efficient product retrieval and inventory accuracy

Update inventory records and warehouse data using a laptop and inventory management systems

Conduct spot checks on merchandise to ensure product accuracy and quality

Pack merchandise into bins, boxes, and bags for store replenishment and distribution

Prepare and ship merchandise for store transfers, consolidations, and inventory redistribution initiatives

Verify incoming and outgoing product quantities and report discrepancies when identified

Assist with inventory replenishment and stock movement throughout the warehouse

Communicate with the Brampton store team regarding product availability, replenishment requirements, and inventory discrepancies

Identify and report inventory issues, shortages, or inaccuracies

Break down and cut boxes for disposal and recycling

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping duties

Follow company safety procedures and operational standards

Meet productivity, accuracy, and service level expectations

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, inventory, stockroom, replenishment,



or distribution experience is considered an asset

Comfortable performing physical work, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day

Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise safely

Basic computer and data-entry skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Forklift certification is considered an asset but is not required

Schedule

Part-Time

Approximately 16–30 hours per week

Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required
