We’re Hiring an Assistant Manager at Below The Belt in The Centre Mall

Below The Belt is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and creating a strong in-store experience.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll help build a motivated team, support daily operations, and contribute directly to the store’s success.

What You’ll Do

- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store performance
- Help drive sales and consistently work toward achieving store targets
- Lead by example on the sales floor and support the team in reaching goals
- Coach, train, and develop staff on customer service and product knowledge
- Create a positive, team-focused environment
- Maintain store standards, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Handle cash reconciliation, daily paperwork, and administrative tasks
- Support loss prevention and ensure company policies are followed

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience (supervisor, keyholder,



etc.)
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to adapt in a quick-paced environment
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Comfortable being on your feet and handling day-to-day store tasks
