Job Summary

Prodigy is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Crown Reach Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Crown Reach forklift while supporting daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations.

Full time Monday to Friday from 3:00pm - 11:00pm

$20.75/hour

Duties

- Operate Crown reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move pallets and large items throughout the warehouse
- RF scanner use
- Perform order picking with precision using forklifts and order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders
- Utilize clamp trucks for handling specific types of loads requiring specialized gripping techniques
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in inventory management by accurately recording movements within the warehouse management system
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to safety protocols and load limits
- Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock for easy access and effective dispatch




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Skills

- Proven experience operating Crown reach forklifts
- Valid third party forklift license
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and order processing
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for weighing, counting, and measurements
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution procedures and safety standards
- Experience with heavy lifting tasks while maintaining proper safety techniques
- Competence in using equipment such as order pickers and understanding their role in efficient order fulfillment
