Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing pizzas and other menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and helping ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Prepare pizzas, toppings, sides, and other menu items according to Pizza 64 standards
- Prepare and portion ingredients as required
- Safely operate ovens, kitchen equipment, and other restaurant equipment
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, quickly, and consistently
- Package orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally




- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant, pizza, or customer service experience is an asset
- Previous experience is not required – training will be provided
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures
- Food Safe certification is an asset

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, hardworking, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can stay calm and productive during busy periods, and takes pride in preparing quality food and keeping the restaurant clean.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
