Dental Assistant – Endodontic Specialty Practice

Ottawa, ON | Full-Time | No Evenings or Weekends

Carling Endodontics is looking for a Certified Dental Assistant Level II to join our specialty dental team.

We’re a busy endodontic practice focused on providing excellent patient care in a professional, organized, and supportive environment. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting our endodontists with root canal treatment and endodontic surgery
- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Taking digital radiographs
- Sterilizing and maintaining instruments according to infection-control protocols
- Supporting patients throughout their appointments
- Helping keep the clinical side of the practice organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

- Certified Dental Assistant Level II
- HARP certification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, skilled communication with patients and team members




- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively
- Previous dental experience is preferred
- Experience in endodontics is an asset, but not required
- French is an asset, but not required
