Bumblina Bakeshop in Kensington is looking for an experienced Croissant & Laminated Dough Baker for a permanent part time, early-morning position.

The primary responsibility is producing consistently high-quality croissants and laminated dough pastries for our daily bakery operation.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, laminate, shape, proof and bake croissants and other laminated pastries
- Monitor dough, butter and proofing temperatures to achieve consistent results
- Follow established recipes and production standards
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Previous hands-on experience producing croissants and laminated dough is required
- Strong understanding of lamination, fermentation, proofing and baking
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be available for morning shifts

Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, primarily early mornings
Pay: $20–$22/hour, based on experience
