Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow food safety and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests promptly while maintaining high service standards.




- Assist in training new team members on bar procedures, POS operation, and customer service expectations.

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending or serving within the food industry, with a strong foundation in food safety practices (at least 4 years of bartending experience).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Solid time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
- Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to multitask seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a passion for creating lively social atmospheres through expert mixology.
