Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset and experience in shoe brands and their pricing range.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Utilize product knowledge to drive sales and meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person
- Upsell products to increase revenue

-Stock and organize shoes, bags, and vintage items.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Proficiency in cashiering and POS systems




- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and technical sales would be advantageous
