Salt & Sugar is a contemporary dessert bar built around interactive desserts, handcrafted drinks, and a welcoming space for the community. From ice cream and cheesecakes to specialty drinks and seasonal treats, we focus on quality, creativity, and great customer experiences.
We’re looking for energetic, friendly team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in what they create.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking customer orders and handling POS transactions
- Preparing specialty drinks (milkshakes, dessert drinks, hot & cold beverages)
- Scooping ice cream and assembling desserts
- Garnishing and finishing desserts with care and attention to detail
- Providing warm, friendly customer service
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked
- Working efficiently during busy rush periods
- Supporting your teammates across stations as needed

- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn new recipes and processes
- Food service or café experience is required
