About the Role
- Work approximately two days per week, including regular Saturday shifts
- Assist customers in selecting fine jewellery, diamonds, and high-end giftware
- Provide knowledgeable and attentive customer service
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Support the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Contribute to a professional and positive in-store atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Provide professional and attentive support to customers, including handling inquiries and payment
- Restock and arrange merchandise to maintain store standards
- Support inventory tasks, including tagging and merchandising products
- Uphold store policies with a high level of attention to detail
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom

- Flexible availability is required, including the ability to provide occasional short-notice coverage during unplanned absences, peak shopping periods, and busy holiday seasons.
