We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as a licensed bartender
- Serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately at the end of each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly,
and ensure a positive dining experience
- Follow all food industry standards for food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed to ensure a seamless service flow
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
