Overview

Castle Mountain Resort is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Servers to join our energetic team. In this role, you'll serve food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages while managing guest transactions through our point-of-sale system. You'll work across our Food & Beverage outlets, including the T-Bar Pub and occasional special events in the Day Lodge. Come work with us in the beautiful South Canadian Rocky Mountains. Ski and ride for free!

Responsibilities

- Greet and serve customers at the till
- Use of point of sale system to provide customer service
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a service bar
- Stock inventory in soda fridges, and various food displays
- Handle cash and cash count in till and basic cash out to CMR policy
- Clean and organize service area and refill items following CMR manual and procedures

Qualifications

- Experience as an F&B; server in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver friendly, appealing service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee and alcoholic beverages are an asset

- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Weekend, Evening and Overtime as required.
- This is a seasonal position from November to April, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
