ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service and Sales

Lead by example in providing the best-in-class customer experience!

Meet sales targets by strategizing customer experience and team coaching efforts

Accurately capture all customer relevant data in to the POS system.

Operations

Executes and holds team accountable for the quality & timely completion of inventory checks.

Maintain store presentation standards as per CaseMogul’s merchandising guidelines, uphold restock level and packaging standards

Create a safe and comfortable environment by maintaining cleanliness and managing crowds to support optimal sales.

Effectively allocate team hours to maintain a high level of productivity in sales and service

Device Repairs

Ensure execution of repairs is handled to the CaseMogul standard of efficiency, accuracy, and care with utmost attention to detail.

Employee Development

Hold team accountable to customer service, operations,



and device repair standards and set expectations through effective verbal training, coaching, and feedback

Foster a culture of continuous improvements and driving results by utilizing formal development tools and regularly reviewing individual performance

Assist in staffing opportunities by hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

Requirements

- 1 year retail experience
- 1 year customer service and sales experience
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have existing knowledge of all Apple and Samsung devices that are sold in Canada
- Must have full-time availability up to 44 hours per week
- Wants to grow with the company

Qualifications

- High School Diploma

Salary:

Pay is competitive and based on experience!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
