Subcontractor Position Available: Residential Cleaner

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate who is:

- Intellectually curious and eager to learn.
- Wants to work in various locations throughout Winnipeg.
- Has supervision and professional cleaning experience.
- Dedicated to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitization,



and surface polishing.
- Follow detailed checklists and client specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any damages, maintenance needs, or supply shortages.

Qualifications

- Skilled cleaning experience (1+ year preferred).
- Positive client focused attitude.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
- Clear criminal record check.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in communicating in English.
