Duties

- Provide skilled haircuts, styling, grooming, and finishing touches tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations on hair care and styling options.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and processing payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout their service to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques,



and product knowledge to deliver innovative styles that keep clients coming back.
