Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, managing the reception area with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Preparing paystub and withholding tax/ WSIB
- software such as QuickBooks, or caseware
- Support bookkeeping activities including data entry, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
- Communication with Canada Revenue Agency.

Requirements
- Undergraduate with accounting degree
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation,
and bookkeeping tasks
- Strong communication skills for effective reception duties and client interactions
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a reception or administrative role within an accounting or financial services setting is a plus
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning and supporting team goals
- Necessary training to be provided
- Bilingual between Korean and Fluent English is must
