Pharmacy Assistant (Full Time or Part Time)

About the Role

We are a community pharmacy looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. You'll work directly alongside our pharmacists supporting day-to-day dispensary operations and providing excellent service to our patients.

Responsibilities

- Enter and verify patient and prescription data in Kroll
- Assist with filling and packaging prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Receive, check in, and put away orders
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor expiries, and assist with ordering and returns
- Answer phones, take refill requests, and direct calls appropriately
- Assist customers at the front counter and in the OTC aisles
- Keep the dispensary organized, stocked,



and compliant with pharmacy standards
- Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting
- Working knowledge of Kroll pharmacy software
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- References required

Schedule

- Full time and part-time options available
- Pharmacy is open weekdays and Saturday

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
