Leak Busters Plumbing & Drainage is looking for an experienced Journeyman Service Plumber to join our growing team in the Lower Mainland.

This position is strictly for a qualified journeyman plumber who is capable of independently running service calls. We are not currently hiring apprentices for this position.

Responsibilities

- Run residential and commercial service calls independently
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Drain cleaning and troubleshooting
- Hot water tank replacement and repair
- Water service and sewer repairs
- Fixture, valve, PRV and piping repairs
- Leak diagnosis and emergency plumbing
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Provide clear job documentation, photos and notes
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
- Participate in occasional after-hours/emergency work

Requirements

- Journeyman Plumber / Red Seal required
- Minimum 4+ years plumbing experience
- Strong service and troubleshooting experience
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Valid BC driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Skilled appearance and customer-service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling, estimates and job documentation




- Drain-cleaning experience is a strong asset
- Boiler and tankless experience is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

- $80,000–$100,000+ per year, depending on experience and ability
- Full-time, year-round position

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with availability for occasional after-hours/emergency calls.
