Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Short-Form Video Content Creator to produce engaging, fun, and value-driven video content for TikTok and LinkedIn that highlights the uniqueness of ContactPoint360. Your role will be to bring energy, humor, and thoughtfulness into short videos that showcase our BPO in a fresh and exciting way.

Responsibilities:

- Must be comfortable presenting yourself on camera for content creation and brand representation.

- Develop, script, and produce high-quality short-form videos optimized for TikTok and LinkedIn.

- Create engaging, fun, and informative content that resonates with our audience while showcasing the BPO industry in an compelling way.

- Use humor, storytelling, and industry insights to make ContactPoint360 stand out.

- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company culture, success stories, and industry trends.

- Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them to our content strategy.





- Edit and optimize videos for maximum engagement.

Requirements:

- Original content only : Demo clips must be created without the use of AI-generated content.

- Proven experience in creating viral or highly engaging short-form video content.

- Strong understanding of TikTok and LinkedIn video trends, storytelling, and editing techniques.

- Ability to create engaging scripts and concepts that balance entertainment and value.

- Video editing skills with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.

- A fun, creative, and energetic approach to content creation.
