Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide best-in-class service to our retail partners. The successful candidate will manage inquiries and concerns with professionalism and strong communication skills, while also supporting the Customer Service Department with a primary focus on data entry and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders as part of a team via web, email, fax, and phone, ensuring daily deadlines are met
- Verify and maintain accuracy of data within the system.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product and order information.
- Confirm product availability and communicate any discrepancies or changes to retail partners.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years of office experience preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or order processing.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and team-oriented approach.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
