We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, and the ability to work with hand tools and power tools. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth production workflows, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall operational excellence.
Duties
- Operate manufacturing machinery according to specified procedures and safety guidelines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform minor repairs, and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components and make adjustments during production.
- Manage warehouse operations related to raw materials and finished goods, including forklift operation for loading and unloading.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine maintenance, and quality checks.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to quality standards.
- Assist in setup and calibration of machinery for different manufacturing runs.
Experience
- Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production or warehouse environment.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
- Hands-on experience with assembly processes using hand tools and power tools.
- Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
