The Coco Cafe is looking for a part time, daytime line cook to join our fun and inclusive team.

The Coco Cafe is unique one-of-a kind cafe and food business with a special mission of providing employment, training and socialization opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. The right candidate will be able to work alongside individuals with diverse abilities.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing meals and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Shared tips ($3-$5 /hr).

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to food safety guidelines
- Clean and maintain workstations, equipment and dishes to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen workplace

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
