About the Role

As part of our coaching team, you’ll lead high-energy, functional training sessions, provide personalized modifications and encouragement, and help our members achieve their health and fitness goals. You’ll be a key player in building our supportive, fun, and hard-working community.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver F45’s world-class functional training sessions
- Provide exercise modifications and progressions to suit all fitness levels
- Ensure correct technique, safety, and motivation in every workout
- Build strong relationships with members to keep them engaged and inspired
- Contribute to our positive, team-oriented studio culture

What We’re Looking For





- Valid Personal Training Certification (e.g., CSEP, CanFitPro, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in fitness coaching or training (an asset, not mandatory)
- High energy, great communication skills, and a genuine love for helping people
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment
