Job Title: Gameday Assistant – Spark BC Youth Sports (Langley/Abbotsford)

Pay: $20/hour | Hours: 6–8 hrs/week | Seasonal: Sept 12 – Nov 14

Schedule: Friday evenings (Langley) + Saturday mornings (Abbotsford) — must be available all dates, with own reliable transportation.

Who We Are Spark BC Youth Sports Society provides inclusive, non-contact flag football programs for children ages 4 to 16 in Abbotsford, Langley, and surrounding communities, with no tryouts, no cuts, and no travel required, while reducing financial barriers for families who need support. We open the field. Kids do the rest.

The Role You'll be the warm, familiar face at our tent — running weekly MVP awards, answering questions, guiding families where they need to be, helping with setup and order distribution, and jumping in wherever needed. May occasionally be asked to help with light email/admin tasks from home.

No football knowledge needed — this is a people-first role. We're looking for an outgoing, sociable personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with others.

Requirements

- Prior experience working with children,



families, or in customer service/community programs
- Must be available for the full season (Sept 12–Nov 14) with no schedule conflicts.
