Jenna Rae Cakes is looking for a reliable, organized and hardworking Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support team member to join our team!

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on daily deliveries between our production kitchen and retail locations, along with supporting product organization, receiving and general warehouse operations.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, works well independently and understands the importance of getting the right products to the right place, on time and in excellent condition.

Hours: Part-time to full-time hours available.
Availability: Early morning and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

- Complete daily deliveries from our production kitchen to JRC retail locations and other delivery destinations.
- Pull, organize and load product according to daily delivery lists.
- Safely load and unload products, ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure deliveries are accurate, complete and arrive on time.
- Handle delicate baked goods carefully during loading, transportation and unloading.
- Follow efficient delivery routes and manage time effectively throughout each shift.
- Communicate with our production kitchen, retail teams and management regarding deliveries, delays or discrepancies.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and organizing products and supplies in the warehouse.
- Monitor warehouse organization and notify management of shortages or inventory concerns.
- Keep company delivery vehicles clean, organized and ready for use.
- Report vehicle maintenance or operational concerns promptly.




- Assist with general warehouse organization and occasional light maintenance tasks as required.
- Complete other delivery and warehouse-related duties as needed.
- Complete grocery shopping and other supply runs as needed, ensuring required items are purchased accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
- Confident, safe and responsible driver.
- Able to repeatedly lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Available for early morning shifts and weekends.
- Dependable and punctual — reliability is extremely important in this role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of daily responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately follow delivery lists and instructions.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where priorities can change throughout the day.
- Previous delivery, warehouse, logistics or inventory experience is an asset.

- This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the move, likes having ownership over their workday and takes pride in being reliable. You'll spend a significant portion of your shift driving, but you'll also be an important part of keeping our warehouse organized and ensuring our shops have everything they need each day.

Pay: From $16.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
