Hiring QA in Mississauga for a beverage company

Shift: 7 am

$17.60/hour

Duties

- Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process in the beverage industry to identify deviations early
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and defect rates to inform decision-making
- Assist in developing and updating quality management procedures and standards aligned with industry best practices
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
- Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and audit findings accurately and thoroughly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends and recommending process enhancements

Qualifications

- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing setting in beverage industry




- Strong knowledge of quality control techniques and inspection methods, including the use of calipers and other measurement tools
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify root causes of issues
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, standards, and industry regulations
- Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and conduct thorough analysis of products
- Experience in data collection, documentation, and reporting related to quality assurance activities
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
