Residential Cleaners & Residential Team Leads/Supervisors
Greater Victoria, BC | $22–$26/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time

Our Residential Division is growing, and we're looking for reliable, positive, and detail-oriented people who take pride in their work and want to grow with a supportive team.

We are currently hiring for:

Residential Cleaners — $22–$24/hour
Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities. Part-time roles are typically 15–30 hours per week.

Residential Team Leads / Supervisors — $25–$26/hour
Approximately 30–35 hours per week. These are hands-on leadership roles combining residential cleaning with team support, training, and quality control.

All positions are employee positions, not contractor roles.

What You'll Do

Residential Cleaners

- Provide high-quality residential cleaning throughout Greater Victoria
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Travel between client homes during your workday
- Use company-provided equipment and approved products
- Follow KHC cleaning standards and participate in ongoing training

Team Leads / Supervisors

- Perform residential cleaning while leading by example
- Coach and support Residential Cleaners
- Train new team members
- Conduct quality checks and support customer service
- Help coordinate daily operations and maintain KHC standards

Requirements

All candidates must:

- Be currently located in Greater Victoria, BC
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Have a valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Be comfortable driving between client homes
- Be able to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning
- Be willing to complete a Criminal Record Check

Team Lead / Supervisor candidates should also have:

- At least 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
