What matters to us is what happens next.
If something goes wrong, bring it forward.
We'll figure it out.

And we'll make the process better so we're less likely to make the same mistake twice.
We care a lot more about solving problems than finding somebody to blame for them.
WE TAKE QUALITY SERIOUSLY
We have high standards, but those standards aren't there to make technicians' lives miserable.
They're there to protect everyone.
The customer.
The technician.
And the reputation of the shop.
That's why we road test.
That's why we verify repairs.
That's why we have another set of eyes look things over.
We don't use customers as quality control agents.
If we can catch something here before the vehicle leaves, that's a win.
Nobody gets everything right every time.
The goal is to build a process and a team that catches problems before our customers have to.

You know your way around a vehicle.
You can diagnose rather than just replace parts.
You care about figuring out why something failed.
You take pride in a repair that's done properly.
And you're still willing to learn.
You don't need an ego.
You don't need to be the loudest guy in the shop.
You don't need to know everything.
You need to care.
Care about your work.
Care about the person who has to drive the vehicle when you're finished.
Care about the technician working beside you.
And care enough about your trade to keep getting better at it.
