Position Title: Casual Administrator
Location: Lanark County, Ontario (Perth, SF & CP)
Employment Status: Casual, Part-time
Reports To: Directors
Hourly Salary Range: $25.35 to $26.8085 plus 9-14% lieu
Position Summary
The successful candidate will be part of the Administrative Team, providing support coverage for all office sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide casual administrative support coverage for all office sites as required.
- Work within office operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including evening coverage as required: Monday in Smiths Falls, Tuesday in Perth, and Wednesday in Carleton Place until 8:00 p.m.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Business or Administration.
- Two years of administrative assistant experience required.
- Two years of Administrative Assistants & Receptionists experience required.
- Two years of receptionist experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a Windows environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable learning new software packages.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Additional Requirements
- Must have full use of a vehicle, a valid Ontario driver's licence, and appropriate insurance.
