Overview
Crock A Doodle Paint your own Pottery studio is a fun and colourful retail concept in Cambridge. We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to oversee and help manage this buzzy studio. We need an individual with a proven track record for providing a remarkable customer experience, motivation to build local brand awareness and loads of energy to plan and execute successful events.

About Crock A Doodle
Crock A Doodle is Canada’s own paint your own pottery company with 30+ locations. We bring people together to create, laugh, share and grow. Guests enjoy creative together-time transforming ready-to-paint pottery pieces into their own amazing works of art. We professionally glaze and kiln-fire pieces to a brilliant finish to become functional dish ware, unique souvenirs, one-of-a-kind gifts and precious keepsakes.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and overseeing the studio
- Follow systems to ensure success
- Set the tone for a fun,



friendly environment with service people will talk about
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and daily administration
- Oversee the pottery glaze and kiln production process
- Execute local studio marketing activities to build brand buzz
- Be accountable to drive the overall performance of the studio

Qualifications Previous experience in a busy retail setting, with store level assistant/management experience

- Over-the-top customer service orientation
- A passion for creativity and desire to share it with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive team player and infectious personality
- A self-motivated multi-tasker, who enjoys busy and is not easily overwhelmed

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 20.0 per week
