We are growing our Sales team and are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join us in Sudbury. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, building strong relationships, and finding the right solutions for each client.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM platforms to understand their needs and present appropriate products or services
- Manage and update customer information and sales activities in CRM software to ensure accurate and timely data
- Develop strong knowledge of service offerings to provide informed recommendations and engage appropriate departments for specialized support when required




- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
- Act as the primary liaison for training requests
- Collaborate with outside sales teams and internal departments to coordinator efforts to maximize sales effectiveness
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call centre, inside sales, account management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Motivated, customer-focused, and goal-oriented
