Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques and mechanical skills will contribute to the successful production of high-quality products. Responsibilities

- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to create durable metal structures according to detailed blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of components
- Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
- Measure materials precisely using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring devices to meet exact specifications
- Execute rigging tasks for lifting and positioning heavy materials or assemblies using cranes or forklifts




- Conduct machining operations as needed for component fitting and finishing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- Proven experience in welding, including MIG and TIG techniques, within a manufacturing or construction environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with rigging procedures, crane operation, forklift handling, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other precision measurement instruments confidently
- Knowledge of plasma cutting, press brake machines, ductwork fabrication, and assembly processes is highly desirable
- Prior construction experience or familiarity with schematics related to metal fabrication projects is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
