What You'll Do

- Framing and finish carpentry
- Residential renovation and construction work
- Read and follow construction drawings
- Work independently and with the team
- Help keep projects moving efficiently
- Support apprentices when needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites




- Communicate professionally with clients and the PHS team

What You Need

- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Strong framing, finishing, and renovation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Personal hand tools

Red Seal certification is an asset, but not required.
Larger tools and equipment are provided by PHS.
