We’re currently seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with experience in vehicle wraps, decals, and project coordination to join our dynamic and growing team.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a creative and technically proficient graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on workplace. You’ll be responsible for designing custom vehicle graphics and ensuring files are optimized for production. This position blends creative design with project management, requiring you to collaborate with internal teams from concept to installation on a range of emergency response vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design custom vinyl decals and full/partial vehicle wraps tailored for emergency vehicles and custom built tanker trucks.
- Prepare high-quality artwork files for printing, ensuring correct resolution, color profiles, and format compatibility.
- Operate and manage graphic output devices including plotters, printers, routers, and laser systems.
- Inspect and approve all digital and printed assets prior to production.
- Collaborate closely with sales, production, and management to align design specifications with client requirements.
- Provide digital proofs and mock-ups for internal and customer approvals.
- Manage digital file storage systems and maintain organized archives of graphic assets.




- Troubleshoot design or print issues and perform quality checks to eliminate production errors.
- Stay current with evolving print technologies, materials, and application techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience designing and producing custom vehicle graphics—experience with commercial vehicles is a strong asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of color management, image retouching, and layout preparation for large-format printing.
- Strong attention to detail with an exceptional eye for color, alignment, and proportion.
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player with solid project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment is a plus.
