About the Job

MartWay is looking for reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Store Team Members to join our team. We are a 24/7 convenience store, and we are looking for individuals who are available for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays
- Receive and organize merchandise
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Check product dates and rotate inventory when required
- Assist customers with product questions
- Follow store policies and health and safety procedures
- Monitor the store and report any safety or security concerns to management
- Perform opening, closing, and general cleaning duties as required

Requirements





- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
