Hiring Immediately.

Temporary position 2 - 3 months. Hourly rate will be negotiated based on experience.

Experienced medical office assistant required for a family medicine clinic in Pefferlaw, Ontario.

Hours are typically 9am to 2pm Monday - Thursday, but additional hours could be available.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls

Booking appointments

Verifying demographics and Health Card

Filling exam rooms, completing Ht, Wt

Sending referrals and scheduling specialist appointments

Ordering supplies

Labeling and preparing specimens for the lab

Filing

Operating various office equipment such as computers, printers, fax machines and scanners.

Previous experience in a medical clinic is essential.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
