Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to handle diverse customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues,
ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for analysis and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor.
