GRAVEL CRUSHING SUPERVISOR

14 DAYS ON / 7 DAYS OFF | OVERTIME PAID | YEAR-ROUND WORK

LET’S BE STRAIGHT.

If you know crushing, can lead a crew, understand production, and know how to keep a spread running safely and efficiently — we want to talk to you.

Kirsch Construction (2008) Ltd. — Building Saskatchewan since 1953.

We’re hiring an experienced Gravel Crushing Supervisor to lead a crew on a mobile crushing spread operating throughout Saskatchewan.

- Troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues
- Coordinating maintenance and downtime
- Ensuring inspections and preventative maintenance are completed

- Cedarapids 22x36 & 40x42 Jaw Crushers

- Strong safety habits
- Ability to lead, train and organize a crew

and keep the operation moving.

SCHEDULE

14 days on / 7 days off
12 hour days
Overtime is paid

LET’S TALK WAGES

We know there’s a big difference between someone who has worked around a crusher and someone who can run a spread, troubleshoot problems and lead a crew.

Experience matters — and we’re prepared to pay for it.

If you bring proven crushing knowledge, mechanical ability and leadership experience, let’s have a conversation.

- 120/day LOA when you provide your own accommodations
