Job Overview:

We are a successful and growing manufacturing company with over 35 years of experience in the industry. We take pride in our continued growth and are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our Powder Coating Paint Line team.

The General Labourer will support the powder coating production process by loading and unloading parts from a moving conveyor line, preparing parts for coating, packaging finished products, and assisting with routine paint line maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload parts on a moving conveyor line of an electrostatic powder coating system.
- Prepare parts for the powder coating process.
- Work according to production schedules and work orders.
- Apply labels to finished products accurately.
- Pack and prepare finished products for shipment or further processing.
- Perform monthly maintenance and cleaning of the paint line coating system, including filter changes.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other general production duties as required.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must have previous powder coating paint line experience, specifically loading and unloading parts.
- Manufacturing or production experience is an asset.




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow work orders and production schedules.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive loading, unloading, and packaging duties.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week and up to 44 hours when requested.
- Must be able to work early starts when required.
- Must have steel-toe safety shoes.
- Must wear safety glasses while working in the production area.
