THE JOB

Are you physically capable, reliable, and comfortable working on active construction sites We're looking for Construction Labourers to assist with drywall delivery and general site duties. In this role, you will carry and offload drywall from boom or flat deck trucks, assist with unloading other materials as needed, and help with general cleaning and debris removal. Work will take place both indoors and outdoors on new construction homes and residential construction sites, including homes up to 2–3 stories.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position, candidates must have completed high school and provide a stated transparent and valid Fall Arrest certification, with online certification accepted. CSA-approved steel-toe work boots, a hard hat, reflective vest, and safety gloves are required.



Candidates must be physically capable of regularly lifting 75–100 lbs, with team lifts used for anything over 100 lbs. The role involves frequent bending, standing, and lifting, as well as working at heights of up to 2–3 stories (approximately 30 feet). Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors on active construction sites and remain aware of their surroundings at all times. Work pants or jeans and a hoodie or t-shirt are acceptable, provided clothing is free of rips and stains and contains no offensive language or branding.
