- Strong experience with WIP reporting, project forecasting, cost-to-complete, budget-to-actual analysis, and project profitability.
- Experience implementing or significantly improving job-costing and accounting processes.
- Solid full-cycle accounting knowledge, including AP/AR, payroll accounting, month-end close, reconciliations,

and financial reporting.
- Experience establishing and improving financial controls, accounting procedures, and reporting processes.
- Comfortable partnering directly with ownership, project teams, external accountants, banks, and other financial partners.
- Experience with HCSS HeavyJob and/or HeavyBid is considered an asset.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Why this Firm?

- Opportunity to build and lead an accounting team as the company continues to grow.
- Long-term opportunity to progress toward a CFO-level leadership position.
- Fully remote initially, transitioning to a flexible hybrid arrangement of approximately 1–2 days per week in the company’s new Langley office, anticipated for March/April 2027.
