~ Junior Sales Specialist ~

Are you passionate about powersports and enjoy helping people find the right machine for their lifestyle? We’re looking for a Junior Sales team member to join our fast-paced, customer-focused dealership!

This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a career in powersports sales. You’ll work alongside our experienced sales team, learning how we do things from the ground up while supporting customers and helping keep the sales process moving smoothly!

What You’ll Be Doing

Learn the Sales Process

- Learn our products, sales process, systems, and the ins and outs of the powersports industry.
- Shadow and support experienced members of our sales team.
- Assist customers with questions and help create a welcoming, positive dealership experience.
- Gradually take on more responsibility as you build your product knowledge and confidence.

Sales Support

- Assist with the paperwork and administrative side of sales deals.
- Help keep customer information and deal details organized and up to date.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, appointments, and other day-to-day tasks.
- Learn the steps involved in getting a customer from “I’m interested” to “I’m riding!”

Product & Inventory Knowledge

- Learn our current inventory and develop a strong understanding of the products we sell.
- Help keep showroom and display units looking their best.
- Learn the features, benefits, and differences between our various powersports products.

Marketing & Dealership Support

- Participate in dealership marketing initiatives, including new arrivals, promotions, events, and social media content.
- Help the team keep our showroom and inventory looking exciting and customer-ready.




- Get involved in dealership events and other opportunities to showcase our products.

- Powersports Passion: You don’t need to be an expert, but being excited about motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, or other powersports products is definitely a bonus!
